Meet the Team

Co-Founder, Executive Director
Pete Kozak
Pete brings more than 15 years of direct experience working alongside individuals with developmental disabilities — building the community relationships, program design expertise, and deep understanding of systemic exclusion that sits at the foundation of everything Especially Everyone does. He holds a Master's in Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, and has spent his adult life as a professional musician performing in mainstream venues. That dual experience — in behavioral science and in live music — is what gave rise to EE's model.
What began as a community-building instinct has grown into full organizational leadership. Today Pete leads the implementation of EE's work with the local community — serving as the connector between the communities this work was built to serve and the broader movement taking shape around them.

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer
Jill Tuck
Jill brings 11+ years across live events, concert production, public health, and nonprofit leadership. Her career spans roles as General Manager at G4D Productions, COO at 15toKnow, founder of OneTribe at the intersection of public health and live events, and Sr. Director of Development & Business Operations at Women's Campaign International. She brings industry access, lived experience, and movement-scale strategic thinking to EE.
Jill is co-architect of EE's vision and direction. She leads the organization's positioning within the broader movement around loneliness and connection, the development of I.A.C. Consulting, and the partnerships that extend EE's reach. Her work is what positions EE as part of a national conversation, not a local one. Music has been the through-line across her career — and the place she found herself. As a neurodivergent leader, her lived experience and lifelong relationship with music inform how she sees the work.
What Makes This Partnership Work
Pete's roots are local and direct, built through years of hands-on community work and program design. Jill's reach is cross-sector — built through live events, public health, and nonprofit leadership at scale. Together they bring deep community credibility and the strategic infrastructure to operate at the level the work demands
Advisory Circle
The Especially Everyone Advisory Circle brings together leaders across music, live events, education, mental health, and the arts — each committed to expanding the reach and impact of this work.
Their networks open doors. Their expertise sharpens the vision. Their presence signals what this movement is becoming.
