Our Work
Every person has their own unique soundwave.
We build spaces that hold all of them.
Especially Everyone creates live music experiences and community programs that expand access to meaningful social connection.
Neurodiversity isn't a category on one end of a spectrum — it's the reality that we're all distributed across these dimensions differently. By designing for neurodiversity from the start, our neuro-informed, universal design approach welcomes many different ways of participating across everything we do, making connection through music accessible by design.
To see these programs out in the real world, check out our Events.
One approach. Four settings.
Our work isn't a collection of programs. It's a single thesis: that connection through music should be designed for everyone, expressed across every setting where music brings people together.
The design principles that shape every EE Experience don't have to stay inside our events. Through I.A.C. Consulting, we partner with venues, festivals, cultural institutions, and organizations to bring neuro-informed design into their own spaces — so music becomes a true pathway to connection wherever it's played. Our approach is built from practice, not theory. Every recommendation comes from what we've tested, refined, and seen work in real environments.

Where the conversation grows
We collaborate with community members, cultural partners, mental health leaders, and the entertainment industry to expand what's possible as part of a broader movement around loneliness and connection. Our goal isn't to operate alone. It's to help build the cross-sector network that makes music a true pathway to connection, at scale.
