Meet the Team

Kozak, Peter (HEADSHOT)_edited.jpg

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Pete Kozak

Pete brings more than 15 years of direct experience working alongside individuals with developmental disabilities — building the community relationships, program design expertise, and deep understanding of systemic exclusion that sits at the foundation of everything Especially Everyone does. He holds a Master's in Education with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis, and has spent his adult life as a professional musician performing in mainstream venues. That dual experience — in behavioral science and in live music — is what gave rise to EE's model.

What began as a community-building instinct has grown into full organizational leadership. Today Pete leads the implementation of EE's work with the local community — serving as the connector between the communities this work was built to serve and the broader movement taking shape around them.

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer

Jill Tuck

Jill brings 11+ years across live events, concert production, public health, and nonprofit leadership. Her career spans roles as General Manager at G4D Productions, COO at 15toKnow, founder of OneTribe at the intersection of public health and live events, and Sr. Director of Development & Business Operations at Women's Campaign International. She brings industry access, lived experience, and movement-scale strategic thinking to EE.

Jill is co-architect of EE's vision and direction. She leads the organization's positioning within the broader movement around loneliness and connection, the development of I.A.C. Consulting, and the partnerships that extend EE's reach. Her work is what positions EE as part of a national conversation, not a local one. Music has been the through-line across her career — and the place she found herself. As a neurodivergent leader, her lived experience and lifelong relationship with music inform how she sees the work.

Jon Dindas

Founder/CEO, G4D Productions

Jon Dindas has spent nearly 25 years in the music industry, gaining experience across virtually every facet of the business. After running an independent label, he went on to work in Artist Relations, Marketing, Touring, and beyond. Over time, it became clear that his true passion—and expertise—lies in producing live concerts, festivals, and events. For Dindas, using the power of music to bring people together isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. Even more meaningful is using live music as a force for good. That mission became the foundation of G4D Productions, which he launched in 2015. Through its long-running “Concerts for a Cause” series, G4D has spent nearly a decade raising money and awareness for a wide range of initiatives, including mental health, Epidermolysis Bullosa, Earth Day, and world hunger. A dedicated advocate for mental health, Dindas strongly believes that live music should be accessible to everyone. He lives in New York City and has a daughter, Josie, currently in college, who shares his passion for music, theater, and production. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys riding and racing bikes, supporting Everton Football Club, and striving to stay present and centered.
